Collection with the lapidary name “1414” is a continuation of the oldest technology of glass production in Bohemia at a time when tradition was established in the region called the Crystal Valley. The large mass of glass is easily shaped, often by its own weight and gravity, and the glassmaker can effortlessly move the mass in the intended direction. This shaped glass is characterized by its distinctive optics, enhanced by light, both natural and artificial.
